- Preliminary budgets will be discussed upon receiving preliminary sketches.

- Upon receiving Architectural drawings, we can create more detailed budgets.

- Discuss Construction schedules and timelines.
Contracts
Types of contracts available:
- Fixed contract (fixed price with allowances).
- Cost plus contract (cost of material and labour plus overhead and profit).
- Management Services contract (fixed management fee to oversee project).
Construction
Throughout the construction process our team will be present and available to answer questions and address any questions you may have. We will guide you through the entire process to ensure your experience is as stress free as possible.
We will provide you with a complete set of schedules including, Construction Schedule, Interior Finishing Schedule and Exterior Finishing Schedule. These schedules will guide you through the stages of construction and timelines to provide you with visibility to the decision deadlines. These decisions include your selections for such things as cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, flooring, appliances and other finishes. We will coordinate all the applicable inspections, including the inspection for your final occupancy permit and we will assist you with completing the Tarion Warranty documents prior to occupancy.

Signature Custom Homes is a registered builder with the TARION HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM. Through this association Tarion Warranty Corporation will provide you with a 7 year warranty on your home covering all major structural.
