    It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter of reference for Mr. Michael Leyer and his company, Signature Custom Homes. I have known Mike for over 20 years with our initial introduction being through a friend who was renovating her home in Oakville, Ontario.

    Mike & his team undertook a complete renovation to our second floor ensuite bathroom. The schedule called for 8 weeks of demolition & reconstruction. As anyone can well imagine we were not looking forward to the disruption and expected mess that this would cause.  This room is located at the exact opposite side of our home from the driveway (where the dumpster needed to be located), almost 200 feet of hallways and winding stair cases then through the bedroom. The potential for things to go wrong was certainly there. Mike and his crew arrived every scheduled day and laid out runners to cover our newly installed carpets and tile in the areas of the house that they would be travelling. When they left at the end of the day there was no evidence that they had travelled the halls many times that day. They were always a pleasure to have around, completely trustworthy and at no time did we feel uneasy with them in our home.
